Best cadets amongst the others are selected to participate in the Youth Exchange Program(YEP). Currently, Nepal send cadets to Bangladesh, India and  SriLanka. Bangladesh. Likewise, cadets and officers from Bangladesh, India and SriLanka are also invited to visit Nepal on the occasion of NCC Nepal anniversary and Army Day.

During such program cadets get oppournities to meet head of state,head of government, ministers,chiefs of various services and high level dignitary,cadets visit various places of cultural,historical and religious importance of concern nations which will widen their knowledge and assist in their personality development and capacity building.
